What if I decide to remove my permanent bracelet?

No problem. Removing your bracelet is simple.You can carefully cut the small welded ring with nail clippers, scissors, or wire cutters. Be sure to keep your chain and any charms so we can weld it back on for you.

What if I need medical exams (MRI, surgery, hospitalization) while wearing my bracelet?

Most medical procedures do not require removing your jewelry, but you should always follow your healthcare provider’s advice. If you need to remove your bracelet, simply cut the welded ring. Then email us at contact@whoweare.shop so we can re-weld it for you free of charge.

Will my permanent bracelet set off airport security alarms?

No. Permanent bracelets do not set off airport security scanners. You can travel with confidence.

How long will my bracelet last?

Our permanent bracelets are made from high-quality materials such as gold-filled and sterling silver, designed to last for years. Over time, like any fine jewelry, they may naturally oxidize, especially with exposure to water, skincare products, or perfumes. A gentle cleaning with a soft toothbrush and mild toothpaste will easily restore their shine.

Is there a risk if I gain weight while wearing a permanent bracelet?

Not at all. You choose the fit of your bracelet during your appointment, and we always allow a little extra room for comfort. It’s very unlikely that your wrist size would change significantly, even with weight fluctuations. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can simply book an appointment with us and we’ll adjust it for you.

What age do you need to be to get a permanent bracelet?

A permanent bracelet can be applied at any age. However, guests under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
